Overall Business Manager, Alan manages Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire during the summer months with the Irrigation Management service. However his key role is heading up the Precision Farming arm of the business, this being a rapidly expanding area. Alan's previous Precision farming experience at farm level enables him to take a practical approach to this subject, and provide unrivalled support to the Company's Precision Farming clients.

Agri-tech Services (UK) Ltd

Lucian Benke is the Operations Manager at Agri‑tech Services (UK) Ltd, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery, performance, and reliability of Agri‑tech’s precision agriculture solutions. With a strong background in technical operations, field support, and customer service, Lucian oversees day‑to‑day activities across the business—coordinating installations, managing hardware deployments, and maintaining the high operational standards that Agri‑tech clients rely on.

Lucian is known for his hands‑on approach, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to supporting growers as they adopt and utilise advanced agricultural technologies. He works closely with both the engineering and customer service teams to ensure that systems are installed correctly, maintained efficiently, and performing at their best in real‑world farming environments.

A key part of Lucian’s role is ensuring that clients experience the full value of the Agri‑tech platform. He supports sensor calibration, field diagnostics, platform onboarding, and ongoing hardware performance—helping growers maximise the benefits of 24/7 data, automation tools, and modern irrigation management.

His dedication to service excellence, along with his strong technical insight, makes Lucian a trusted figure among Agri‑tech customers and an essential member of the team driving the future of precision agriculture.

Stephen is based in Australia and is Managing Director of Agri-tech Pacific, which serves and supports our clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region. Stephen joined the Agri-tech group in 2024 to establish Agri-tech Pacific in partnership wth Simon Turner.

Stephen has a real passion for substrate crop production and has been involved with hydroponic crops for over 20 years, including as Horticulture Manager for Costa Berries, Australia's largest berry producer. He has also worked with national R&D body Hort Innovation; lectured in horticulture; and created his own highly successful crop business, Shima Wasabi, which supplied speciality products such as Wasabi, Mitsuba and Kinome to the Australian restaurant industry.

Director, Anne looks after the Company accounts, stock control and all things Financial, juggling these tasks with Family life.

Jaymi Butler - Precision Ag IoT Specialist

Jaymi joined the team in June 2022 bringing with him technical expertise from his past telecommunications and military life. With the business becoming ever more reliant on SMART sensor technology, Jaymi brings invaluable knowledge into the team and is responsible for keeping "the wheels on" with the in-field sensors.

With the global growth in the Company's Precision Irrigation business, Jaymi has the task of supporting our network of clients both in the UK and overseas, and liaises directly with the in-field teams on farms across the world. Jaymi is also involved with product development, and has a close working relationship with METOS in Austria, suppliers of the hardware and IoT products being used by Agri-tech's clients.

We are delighted to welcome Amy back to Agri-tech as Precision Irrigation data Specialist. Over the past four years in her previous role, Amy has gained a wealth of experience, enhancing her expertise in agricultural technology and precision farming.

Now, she has re-joined Agri-Tech as a Precision Irrigation Data Specialist, bringing valuable insights and knowledge to the role. Her deep understanding of data-driven irrigation solutions will support growers in optimizing water usage and improving efficiency across their operations.

Nicola is the Office Coordinator at Agri-Tech, specializing in supporting the Irrigation Management and Precision Farming teams. She plays an active role in planning and scheduling workloads and ensuring efficient operations. Her responsibilities include general administrative duties as well as providing customer support, and maintaining smooth workflow processes.

Lois joined Agri-tech in March 2022, assisting Alan in the Lincolnshire / Notts / Yorkshire area. Lois has developed very quickly into a key member of the team, being heavily involved with both the irrigation scheduling service in the summer, and manning one of the Company's soil sampling machines during the winter months.

Grant joined Agri-tech in November 2022, having come from a military and technical background. Grant is a no nonsense guy who wants to get on with little fuss. A valuable member of the Field Team both in the irrigation season and also manning one of the Company's soil sampling machines in autumn/winter.
