	Simon Turner - Managing Director Founder of the business in 1992, Simon started the business with a handful of growers spread from Yorkshire to Bedfordshire. Simon is still actively involved with all areas of the Company's activity as well as providing the motivation and driving force to push the business on in to new ground.
	Anne Turner - Director Anne is co-director of the business and wife to Simon. Anne looks after the accounts together with heading up the Administration team
	Michael Parrish - Staffs, Shropshire, Herefordshire & Notts Michael joined the business in 1998. Michael is now responsible for the day to day running of the Soil Sampling as well as being co-responsible for the management of the irrigation monitoring business. Michaelís practical and hands on approach has been an invaluable asset to the business.
	Alan Christie - Cambs, Lincs, and Yorkshire Alan joined the team in March 2005, having spent 16 years on a leading vegetable & arable farm in Bedfordshire. Alanís expertise of applying Precision Farming Techniques at grass root level, together with his growing knowledge, and vast experience of the implications and practicalities of field scale irrigation of high value vegetable crops, has made him a tremendous asset to us at Agri-tech.
	Hamish Wilkie - Scotland Hamish joined the sister company based in Cape Town in South Africa in 2000 before deciding he preferred the weather in Scotland! Hamish has run the Scottish operation since 2001. Hamish originates from a Farming background in South Africa understands "growing".
